Welcome to The Open Call List #45!

In this weekly newsletter, I share opportunities for photographers for exhibitions, publications, fellowships, grants, residencies, jobs, and more. My goal is to make the photography world more accessible, especially to emerging artists. While I include both free opportunities and calls for entry with submission fees, I only share opportunities that favor artists.

Opening Remarks:
This week’s Open Call List contains 22 calls for entry, 17 of which offer free entry. There are several new calls for exhibitions, including unique online, outdoor, and in-gallery exhibitions. The list also contains multiple grants for photographic projects, awards for photos and photo series, fellowships for photographically-drive research, two fully-funded residencies, and opportunities for publication. This week’s jobs section includes several new jobs at photo- and arts-related organizations, as well as new internships and hybrid opportunities.
