Welcome to The Open Call List #50!

In this weekly newsletter, I share opportunities for photographers for exhibitions, publications, fellowships, grants, residencies, jobs, and more. My goal is to make the photography world more accessible, especially to emerging artists. While I include both free opportunities and calls for entry with submission fees, I only share opportunities that favor artists.

Opening Remarks:
This week’s Open Call List includes 19 open calls, six of which offer free entry. This week’s list is particularly heavy with calls for exhibitions, including open calls for virtual exhibitions, in-person exhibitions, as well as exhibitions with significant awards and purchasing prizes attached. The list also includes book awards, two major photo fellowships, research fellowships, a zine publication opportunity, calls for alternative processes and pinhole images, photo prizes and grants, and more.
