Welcome to The Open Call List #77!

In this weekly newsletter, I share opportunities for photographers for exhibitions, publications, fellowships, grants, residencies, jobs, and more. My goal is to make the photography world more accessible, especially to emerging artists. While I include both free opportunities and calls for entry with submission fees, I only share opportunities that favor artists.

Opening Remarks:
This week’s Open Call List contains 30 calls for entry, 15 of which offer free submission. This list includes 12 opportunities for exhibition, including in-person, online, group exhibitions, solo exhibitions, and multiple exhibitions with cash awards. It contains 11 opportunities for publication across digital and print magazines, photobooks, and exhibition catalogs. It also includes opportunities for scholarships, a call for educators, fully-funded residencies, major awards, mentorship programs, photo contests, and more.

The Jobs section contains new jobs and internships in the photo arts industry, including roles at fine art print houses, photobook publishers, non-profit arts organizations, museums, galleries, as well as photography-based positions in higher education.
